Emőke T.
I spent more than four years caring for and assisting adults with disabilities, whether they had mobility, intellectual, or sensory impairments.
Through my experience with my grandmother, who had dementia, I learned the importance of empathy, trust, and preserving dignity, and this mindset guides me in my daily work as well, where, as a healthcare manager for 26 adults (ages 18–57), I serve as a professional responsible not only for their physical well-being but also for their emotional well-being.
I will be continuing my studies at the ETK Faculty of Semmelweis University, majoring in paramedicine, starting this September.
I primarily offer care for adults or young people with disabilities, as well as assistance to elderly parents and grandparents, whether it involves hygiene, healthcare (medication administration), or household tasks, hoping that by applying my existing knowledge and practicing my profession, I can help ease the difficulties of daily life.
