I spent a year as a babysitter at a family with three children, where one of them had a serious issues with talking, so I also have experience with children with special needs.
I enjoy hiking, playing in nature, or doing crafts with the children. I try to avoid having to sit them in front of the TV, and if something is bothering them, I talk it through with them calmly and attentively. I believe it's important for children to be able to talk about their inner world and feelings, and that everyone should have space for self-expression.
I speak English and Spanish, so I can practice these languages with the children as well. I don't have much experience with children under 3, so if there is a need for this, I would ask for some guidance.
