I worked at a summer camp where I worked with children with autism and attention deficit disorder. Organizing programs, helping with meals, and working with children individually and in groups taught me the importance of patience, empathy, and constant attention.

I am an empathetic, calm person who handles unexpected situations well and easily connects with children, especially those who are more sensitive or have difficulty opening up. I adapt quickly, pay attention to individual needs, and always try to create a safe, supportive environment.
