About me

Dear Parents,

I am looking for a family on a long-term basis, where regular help is primarily needed on weekdays during the mornings or early afternoons.

In 2009, my former babysitter asked if I would like to take care of her children :) Since then, I have babysat around 25 children in 15 families, ages 0-10 years, both here and in the Netherlands, and since 2019, I have been a proud mother myself.

When playing with children, I primarily follow their interests, giving them the lead and space for their creativity, while I too immerse myself in the joy of playing together. Thanks to playful guidance and tried-and-tested tricks, discipline is rarely needed, and when it is, I solve the situation with a kind but firm approach. Since I only bring out my strict side in exceptional cases, my firmness usually comes as a surprise :)

I love painting, building, cooking, playing hide-and-seek, reading, dancing, and rediscovering the world over and over again with children. If needed, I am happy to help with household tasks, cooking, and cleaning as well.

At one time, I visited families to teach painting and lead craft activities. I warmly recommend my services if you need regular supervision for just a few hours. I also have experience with autistic children, and I accompanied a family to early development sessions, where I also learned to apply the therapies. I found it surprisingly easy to connect with them, so if you have an autistic child, feel free to contact me.

In my free time, I listen to lectures and podcasts on topics like education, psychology, philosophy, the functioning of the human body, and other sciences. I play with my children, invent board games, and repaint furniture... I plan to continue my studies next year through correspondence in a master's program in Educational Science.

While there’s no better “recommendation letter” than my own children, I’ll resist the temptation to start writing about how delightful, brilliant, polite, creative, cheerful, and loving they are… ;)

Vigyáztam 3 éves, (még) nem beszélő autista ikerpárra, akikkel csináltunk TSMT tornát, ABA és Floortime terápiát. Később egy 10 éves auti kisfiú mellé is felvettek. Egy időben vigyáztam egy vérzékeny kislanyra, akivel borzasztó óvatosan kellett bánni, mindig készenlétben kellett lenni, szerencsére hosszas orrvérzéseket leszámítva nem volt probléma.

Bár csak középfokú nyelvvizsgám van, külföldön éltem 5 évet, ott is bébiszitter voltam, angolul kommunikáltunk a gyerekekkel. Most a saját 3 és 5 éves lányaimat tanítgatom játékosan, nagyon élvezik :)
